Murrieta’s Well Wedding Engagement – Alyssa & Nate

Alyssa and Nate are just so cool. Not only did they pick a winery for their engagement, Murrieta’s Well in Livermore, but they also brought props. They are giggly and cute. He makes her laugh uncontrollably and she’s the calm to his storm. They are kind, creative and totally in love. She’s a special education teacher and he’s a chef. Did I mention they love wine? Yeah, they’re pretty cool.They go on 40 day road trips with each other. They like to camp, they love their families and most importantly, each other.

I was impressed with these two when I first met them. The fact that they went on a road trip together for longer than 2 weeks without killing each other is amazing to me. Does that sound awful? Well, it’s a true. A testament to their relationship. You can see their best friends when you watch them. The way he knows how to be goofy with her and she knows how to plan his outfits ;). I truly enjoyed the time I spent with them on our day at Murrieta’s Well and then downtown Pleasanton where they grew up. We strolled down the pleasant town of Pleasanton (pun intended) and they showed me the restaurants they’ve come to love, the one’s Nate has lent a helping hand in, and the DRIVE UP DAIRY (!?) that this little town has to offer. And yes, I think I captured the most romantic ice-cream shot in the history of drive-up-dairy-icecream-photographs.
